Nokia 6170
The Nokia 6170 is a tri-band clamshell
camera phone, fashionable kitted out in
a stainless steel shell.
Featuring both GPRS and EDGE high-speed
data support, the Nokia 6170 allows you
to connect to the internet either via a
PC or using the inbuilt XHTML browser and
email client. There's also Push-To-Talk
(PTT) so that you can easily and cheaply
hold a teleconference, or use "walkie-talkie"
style communications over the low-cost GPRS/EDGE
data link.
The internal screen is a bright 65,000
colour unit with 128x160 pixels, and there's
a secondary external screen with 95x65 pixels
in 4096 colours. The Nokia 6170 is easily
one of the most attractive and well specified
phones around. There's also a digital camera
with a 640x480 pixel resolution.
The Nokia 6170 is designed to allow you
to synchronise your calendar and contacts
with your PC, keep in touch easily no matter
where you are, and still to look stylish
at the same time.
