Nokia 2300

A striking design, the Nokia 2300 reaffirms the company's commitment to making a full range of phones, and the Nokia 2300 is a simple phone with some suprising features.

Launched at the same time as the 1100, the Nokia 2300 has many of the same features. First of all, they are both monochrome phones that concentrate on the really useful features to keep cost and weight down. Secondly, they are extremely elegant in design, making them really eye-catching. Changeable covers and keymats mean that you can change the colours on your Nokia 2300 to suit your mood!

The Nokia 2300 is a dual band phone with a large black and while 96x65 pixel display. It has a built-in FM radio and enhanced SMS features for those who love to text. The 2300 also has polyphonic ring tones, vibration alert, clock radio, speakerphone, three games and an alarm clock.

The pretty case on the Nokia 2300 measures 107x46x21 mm and the phone weighs 92 grams. Talktime is 2.5 to 4 hours with a standby of 4 to 16 days (expect a talktime on the upper end of that scale on UK and most European networks).

The Nokia 2300 is designed for people who don't need GPRS, a colour screen or a digital camera, and it's an easy to use phone that really stands out from the crowd.
