Samsung E700
The
Samsung E700 is another attractive clamshell phone from
Samsung.
Featuring a multishot digital camera, MMS, polyphonic
ringtones and a decent colour display, the Samsung E700
is pretty similar to some of the other Samsung phones,
just a little better all around.
There's an inbuilt digital zoom camera with a resolution
of 640x480 pixels, a large 160x128 pixel display. The
Samsung E700 also features WAP over GPRS.
Indeed, this is the great strength of the current
range of Samsung phones. Nothing too strange. Nothing
too offbeat. Just a revision of a rock solid, attractive
and capable formula that Samsung have been working on
for a while now.
The Samsung E700 weighs just 86 grams, measures 90x45x23
mm (a fairly standard size and weight for a clamshell),
up to three hours talktime and a standby time of over
a week. A neat feature on the E700 is the internal
aerial, unusual on such a small handset, which makes
it easier to fit in a pocket or bag without snagging.
If you like neat, stylish, compact and yet fully
featured phones, then the Samsung E700 is well worth
considering.
